Tripoli: The National Oil Corporation (NOC) has reassured citizens that fuel and cooking gas supplies are proceeding normally, with stocks available at satisfactory levels across all Brega Oil Marketing Company depots. This announcement comes amid circulating rumors about potential disruptions in supply.
According to Libyan News Agency, NOC reported that fuel tankers are arriving at Libyan ports successively, ensuring a steady flow of resources. At Zawiya Port, there is one gasoline tanker and one diesel tanker currently in operation. Tripoli Port is actively unloading a gasoline tanker, with another expected to dock by tomorrow morning, alongside a gas tanker. Misrata Port is handling two diesel tankers, one gasoline tanker, and one gas tanker. In Benghazi Port, two gasoline tankers, one diesel tanker, and one gas tanker are operational.
The NOC has urged the public to disregard rumors and rely on official communications for accurate information, reaffirming that the situation remains stable with adequate supplies.
