Tripoli-The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation condemned the burning of copies of the Holy Qur’an by some extremists in the Kingdom of Sweden, stressing that it is a deliberate infringement to provoke the feelings of Muslims around the world.
While the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation denounces this shameful act, it calls for consolidating the values of coexistence and tolerance among the heavenly religions. It calls on the international community to assume its responsibilities and take a serious stand against these unacceptable acts.
