The Military Commission 5+5 is visiting Ankara and Moscow to discuss mechanisms for removal of mercenaries.

Tripoli, Libya’s Joint Military Commission (5+5) will visit Moscow and Ankara in November, to discuss a mechanism for removing mercenaries and foreign fighters from the entire Libyan territory.

According to military sources, the commission will begin by a visit to Turkey in mid-November, to be followed by one to Moscow later, as part of its work and coordination with the United Nations Support Mission in Libya, to remove mercenaries and foreign fighters from Libya.

In recent days, the commission has held meetings in the Egyptian capital with representatives of neighboring countries (Sudan, Niger and Chad), which mercenaries who took part in the war in Libya carry their nationalities.

These meetings, sponsored by the United Nations, focused on discussing the mechanisms for contribution by these countries to the removal of mercenaries who carry their nationalities.
