The launch of the February celebrations in Misurata

Misurata– The popular celebrations of the twelfth anniversary of the February 17th revolution began in the city of Misurata this evening, Thursday, under the slogan (With determined efforts, we proceed * February – a revolution and a state).

The celebrations kicked off with artistic performances by the Scout Commission teams and the city’s children, while raising the national flags, banners and slogans of the scout movement, which today marks the 69th anniversary of the founding of the scout movement in Libya.

The program for the launch of the celebrations in the city – whose squares and streets were decorated with national flags and banners, and all aspects of light decorations – includes revitalizing paragraphs for the songs and chants of the February Revolution, presenting performances for children, and artistic paragraphs in the Martyrs’ Hall, and a theatrical performance in the Misurata theater.

The mayor of Misurata Municipality, members of the council and the employees of the municipality office congratulated all the Libyan people on the 12th anniversary of the February 17 revolution, the revolution for which men sacrificed, and sacrificed for it expensive and cheap, in order to achieve freedom, justice and the advancement of the beloved homeland in the fields of life, and the building of the state of institutions and law.
