The Head Of Turkmen Bloc In Parliament Blames Al-Sudani For What Happened In Kirkuk And Renews His Refusal To Vacate The Operations Headquarters

The head of the Turkmen bloc in Parliament, Arshad al-Salhi, blamed the Prime Minister, Muhammad al-Sudani, and the political forces for what happened in Kirkuk.

He said in a statement today that there are armed terrorist elements from neighboring countries who ignite discord within and on the outskirts of Kirkuk province.

And that what happened is the result of the mistakes that occurred in the negotiations to form the government in the absence of representatives of Kirkuk.

Al-Salhi stressed that we told you that Kirkuk is a sensitive province, and that all the components of Kirkuk during this period were enjoying security, safety and stability.

He called on civilians and sit-ins to exercise restraint and resort to reason and wisdom, and not to allow the situation to deteriorate to more than it is.

He made it clear in his statement, We told the prime minister repeatedly not to repeat the mistakes of previous prime ministers by neglecting the security and administrative file of Kirkuk.

He called on all the citizens of Kirkuk to cooperate with the security forces and the police leadership and allow them to take over.
