The French Consul in Mosul, John Christophe, confirmed: “Paris is keen to finance the implementation of the project to develop the medical research center at the University of Mosul.”
The consul said in a statement to the National Iraqi News Agency / NINA /: “The French side held several meetings with officials in Nineveh Governorate in order to finance this project, which is scientifically important and to provide medical services to the people of Mosul.”
