Rome, The former Italian Interior Minister, Marco Minniti, attributed the reason for not holding the elections in Libya as scheduled on the 24th of last December, because (it did not take place as a result of a long and complex tactical game).

He added, in statements broadcast by the Italian news agency Nova, saying: (The idea was to establish a strong and authoritative government, which enjoys legitimacy derived from popular support and can face very difficult challenges).
