The Palestinian police announced today, Saturday the death of the Minister of Prisoners and Ex-Prisoners’ Affairs, Major General Qadri Abu Bakr, in a terrible traffic accident on a road in the northern occupied West Bank.
The official Spokesman for the Palestinian police, Colonel Louay Irzeikat, said that 3 citizens died, including the head of the Commission for Prisoners and Ex-Prisoners Affairs, Minister Major General Qadri Abu Bakr, and others were injured, in a terrible traffic accident near Jamma’in, south of Nablus.
