Temperatures drop, skies clear and partly cloudy

Temperatures continue to drop to become around their averages or slightly lower in the southern and western regions, and higher than their averages by about 1 to 3 degrees Celsius in the rest of the country areas. The country is under the influence of the extension of the Indian seasonal surface depression from the southeast, accompanied by southwesterly currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere. The General Directorate of Meteorology expected in its bulletin that there is a chance of local rain in the coastal region and parts of the western and southern areas during the night.
