Tripoli: The President of the High Council of State, Mohamed Takala, met with the Chinese Ambassador to Libya, Ma Xueliang, to discuss strengthening bilateral relations and the latest political developments in the country.
According to Libyan News Agency, the Council's media office reported that the Ambassador began the meeting by congratulating Takala and the Presidential Office on their election.
