Takala and Suleiman Discuss Stability of Oil Production and Infrastructure Development in Libya

Tripoli: The President of the High Council of State, Mohamed Takala, met with the Chairman of the National Oil Corporation, Masoud Suleiman, to deliberate on stabilizing production and upgrading the infrastructure of Libya’s oil and gas sector.

According to Libyan News Agency, the Council announced via its official page that the meeting focused on the efforts by the Corporation to maintain stability in production rates and the strategies it oversees to enhance the infrastructure in the sector. Suleiman provided Takala with updates on the recently completed projects and those in progress, as well as the challenges the institution encounters in executing these projects.

During the discussion, Takala conveyed his full support for the National Oil Corporation’s initiatives to broaden investment opportunities, with the aim of advancing this strategic sector and achieving sustainable development across the country.
