Successful candidates of the 10th edition of the PM Fellowship Program announced

Manama, The Prime Minister's Office (PMO) today announced the list of 15 successful candidates for the 10th intake of the PM Fellowship Program, which has witnessed more than 2,500 applicants. Registration for the tenth edition of the programme took place between 9 July and 9 August 2024, and has witnessed more than 2500 applicants from across various government agencies. The candidates, selected following a rigorous evaluation process, are as follows: 1. Ahmed Ali Ahmed - Ministry of Interior 2. Husain Mohamed AlGhasra - National Audit Office 3. Khaled Salman Alshaikh - Survey and Land Registration Bureau 4. Khaled Mohamed AlMansoor - Ministry of Works 5. Rashed Adel Kamal - Central Bank of Bahrain 6. Zahra Salman Zabar - Primary Health Care Centres 7. Saleh Zayed Saleh - Ministry of Finance and National Economy 8. Sayed Abdulla Hasan Qarooni - Supreme Council for Environment 9. Abdulla Atef Alkhaja - Ministry of Foreign Affairs 10. Alyaa Hasan Aljeeb Ministry of Foreign Affairs 11. Fahad Faisa l Almajed - Ministry of Interior 12. Mohamed Maki Alaswad - Labour Market Regulatory Authority 13. Narjes Khalil Ghuloom - Supreme Council for Environment 14. Yara Talal Almutawa - Economic Development Board 15. Yasmeen Ali Shaker - Electricity and Water Authority On this occasion, the Director General of the Prime Minister's Office, Hamad Yaqoob Al Mahmeed, affirmed that the PM Fellowship Program reflects the Kingdom of Bahrain's commitment to investing in its national workforce and engaging them in its comprehensive development. Al Mahmeed emphasised that this initiative enhances government performance and service delivery, in line with the far-reaching vision of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister. Al Mahmeed congratulated those who have been accepted into the 10th edition of the PM Fellowship Program and wished them continued success during their one-year secondment. Al Mahmeed commended previous fellows, highlighting the outcomes of the Progr am over the past ten years, which have contributed to advancing the performance of government workstreams in alignment with the Kingdom's development goals. Launched in 2015, the PM Fellowship allows young government professionals to be seconded to the Prime Minister's Office for a full year, during which they participate in intensive training programs designed to upskill and reskill their leadership and management capabilities. The fellows are also exposed to decision-making mechanisms across the public sector and gain insight into how development plans and strategies are formalized through direct meetings with senior decision-makers.
