Tripoli: Special Representative of the Secretary-General, Hanna Tetteh, emphasized her strong support for the work of the Advisory Committee established by UNSMIL and the need to develop viable options in a short timeframe. This came during her participation in the third round of meetings held by the committee yesterday.
According to Libyan News Agency, the mission reported that the committee members engaged in productive discussions as they continue to work on addressing the contentious issues within the current electoral framework and proposing options to resolve them to inform the next phase of the political process.
