Speaker of the House of Representatives receives a written message from the President of Liberia.

Tripoli: The Speaker of the House of Representatives, "Aguila Saleh", received a written message from the Liberian President, "Joseph Nyuuma Boakai", during his reception of Ambassador "Sheikh Mustafa Kwaate", the Special Presidential Envoy.
