According to Libyan News Agency, the Al-Jufra Security Directorate recently held a comprehensive security meeting at its headquarters. The meeting focused on implementing an intensive traffic campaign aimed at curbing traffic violations and infractions that pose a significant threat to public safety and traffic flow in the region.

The campaign’s primary objectives include confronting unauthorized vehicle use, both civil and military, and ensuring that foreigners driving in the region possess necessary identification documents. It will also focus on identifying unregistered vehicles, removing tinted windows, and preventing underage driving, which are considered major threats to societal and road safety.

During the meeting, attended by the Head of the Traffic and Licensing Department and a Military Police representative, Al-Jufra Security Director, Major General Musa Al-Badin, emphasized the importance of effective coordination among all security agencies involved.
