Russian army destroys a balloon and 7 Ukrainian drones over Russian territory

Russian Defense Ministry announced Friday that seven Ukrainian drones and a small balloon were shot down and destroyed over Russian territory.

Sputnik quoted the ministry as saying: ‘Last night, the Kiev regime’s attempts to carry out terrorist attacks using drones and a small balloon on targets inside Russian territory were stopped.

Ukrainian forces target Russian border areas in the Republic of Crimea, and the Belgorod, Bryansk, Kursk and Voronezh regions with drones and missiles almost daily.
