Relative consensus, so far, between two consultation committees on a constitutional rule for election

Cairo- According to information obtained from some members of the consultation committees formed by the House of Representatives and the Supreme Council of State in response to the proposal of the UN Secretary-General’s Advisor, Stephanie Williams, on the drafting of a constitutional rule under which parliamentary and presidential elections will be held to end the Libyan crisis, obtained information refer to relative consensus among the members of the two committees on the items discussed in the sessions of the past days.

Today’s session is scheduled to resume at 3 p.m. to discuss the local government clause in the constitutional document that will organize the elections, and official meetings continue on schedule prepared by the UN Adviser.
