Protocol Department Director Engages with Netherlands Deputy Ambassador on Bilateral Cooperation

Tripoli: The Director of the General Protocol Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Taher Hussein, held a meeting with Helen Baartmans, the Charg© d’Affaires of the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands and Deputy Ambassador to Libya.
