Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani affirmed that there are no red lines on any corruption file.
The Prime Minister said in a press interview: The recovery of money is not a novelty, but rather a law, and we move according to legal contexts, “noting that Iraq has agreements on money recovery operations and wanted persons.”
The Prime Minister added: “All countries of the world do not flatter themselves in the issue of combating corruption,” stressing: “The anti-corruption measures are among the most difficult cases of evidence, and that the best way to reach the corrupt is to track down the money.
He explained: “Resolution 186 on bribery was the prominent feature of the previous Bureau Order No. (29), which is a negative indicator in dealing with corruption.”
