Prime Minister is following up on new salary releases, procedures for increasing retirees, and the results of the Salary Consolidation Committee with the Ministry of Finance.

Tripoli, Head of Government of National Unity, Abdul Hamid al-Dabaiba, , Monday, followed up on the new releases, the procedures for increasing retirees, and the results of the salary unification committee with the Ministry of Finance. The media office of the Prime Minister stated that Al-Dabaiba made an inspection visit to the Ministry of Finance and held an extensive meeting with the relevant departments of the ministry, in the presence of the Minister of Finance, Khaled Al-Mabrouke and the Undersecretary for Institutional Affairs.
The media office stated that the meeting was devoted to following up on the implementation of the decisions taken by the Council of Ministers, as well as the President’s directives regarding handling the file of employee releases, and to learn about the results of the Salary Unification Committee.
The Minister of Finance provided an integrated clarification regarding the measures taken by the ministry during the last period, confirming the release of the salaries of (85) thousand employees based on what referred by the Ministry of Civil Service, as well as the inclusion of teachers’ salaries according to Law No. (4) in October’s salaries, As well as the basic pension bonus to adjust the salaries of retirees.
During this meeting, the Prime Minister of the Government of National Unity thanked all employees of the Ministry of Finance for their efforts to implement the decisions of the Council of Ministers.
