Tripoli: The Presidential Guard has firmly denied any involvement in the unauthorized placement of its logos on vehicles or the recruitment of groups unrelated to its agency. The statement emphasized that these claims are entirely unfounded.

According to Libyan News Agency, the Presidential Guard issued a clarification on its official page, asserting its status as an independent sovereign institution with distinct and defined missions. The agency made it clear that it will not engage in conflicts or act as a facade for any party.

The statement urged the public to disregard misleading information and suspicious sources attempting to involve the agency in unrelated conflicts and disputes. The Presidential Guard reaffirmed its dedication to its national duties, pledging to protect state institutions and uphold the security of the capital with complete impartiality.
