Presidential Council Evaluates Administrative Control Authority’s 2030 Development Plan

Tripoli: The Presidential Council convened a crucial meeting at its headquarters to discuss the latest report from the Administrative Control Authority and its ambitious performance development plan extending to 2030. Key figures in the meeting included Mohammed Al-Menfi, Head of the Presidential Council, and Abdullah Al-Lafi, the Council's Deputy Head, who engaged in discussions with Abdullah Qaderbouh, Head of the Administrative Control Authority.

According to Libyan News Agency, the meeting provided an opportunity for an in-depth examination of the annual report issued by the Administrative Control Authority. Participants reviewed significant observations and violations uncovered in the report, as well as the measures implemented by the Authority to address these issues within existing legal frameworks.

The discussion also focused on the Authority's strategic plan for 2025-2030, which outlines development programs aimed at enhancing oversight performance and reinforcing transparency and accountability principles. Furthermore, the meeting addressed progress on closing the final accounts for 2011-2020, with the Authority emphasizing the urgency of completing these procedures to improve financial discipline and the credibility of the state's financial data.
