Tripoli,-President of the presidential council, Mohammed Al Mnefi met Monday with the President of the High Council of State Khaled Al-Mashri.
The meeting discussed the latest political issues in the country, ways to overcome the current crisis and get the country out of the transitional stages to achieve lasting stability. The meeting also discussed the latest findings of the Committees of the High Council of State and the House of Representatives in Cairo on the constitutional process.
During the meeting, the two sides stressed continued support for the political process and work to unite it, to restore stability to the country, and to support the constitutional path to reach a final solution to the political crisis by holding parliamentary and presidential elections on sound constitutional and legal grounds.
