Tripoli, The President of the Presidential Council, “Mohamed Al-Manfi,” met today, Tuesday, Deputy Prime Minister, “Hussein Al-Qatrani”, and Minister of Justice, “Halima Al-Busaifi,” to discuss a number of files related to the work of a number of ministries, bodies and the apparatuses, in addition to discussing prison conditions and the rights of prisoners, and working to solve the problems of some issues related to prisoners, and prioritizing them in dealing with this file, within the framework of national reconciliation, and in affirmation of the values of justice, to light the country on the path of peace and stability.
