Washington, US President Joe Biden has congratulated President of the Presidential Council Mohammed Al Mnefi and the Libyan people on the Libyan Independence Day on December 24th.
This congratulations came in a written message sent by the President of the United States, to the President of the Presidential Council, during which he expressed his congratulations on this occasion, on behalf of the American people, and affirming his support and solidarity with the Libyan people, as they regain their sovereignty and overcome years of conflict.
