Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouli has directed accelerating finalization of the "Latin District" in New Alamein city and handing over its housing units according to the predetermined timetable. The premier made the remarks during a tour on Saturday 27/7/2024 to inspect developments in New Alamein city and the finalized units at the Latin District. Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities Sherif el Sherbiny briefed Madbouli on the updates of the finalized housing units that will be handed over to owners along with progress achieved in implementation of the landscape. The Latin District is elegantly seated on a luxurious expanse of nearly 400 feddans and divided into six zones comprising 65 housing complexes including 207 residential buildings with a total of 10,597 apartments, Sherbiny said.
