Manama, Dr. Mohammed bin Mubarak Bin Dainah, Minister of Oil and Environment and Special Envoy for Climate Affairs, met with the ninth intake of the Prime Minister's Fellowship Programme. The minister highlighted that the programme, which reflected the the vision of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, presented an exemplary model in creating young leaders who can contribute to development in the government sector.
