NOC Secures Legal Victory Against Itrak in Curaçao

Curaçao: NOC wins the case brought by Itrak in Curaçao. On April 28th, the Court of Appeal in Curaçao issued its ruling rejecting Itrak's appeal against the Libyan state and the shareholders of Oil Investments Company, which include LIA, NOC, and LFB. The court upheld the initial ruling in favor of the Libyan parties. According to Libyan News Agency, the NOC stated on its official website that this decision ensures the continued lifting of the freeze on the shares of Libyan parties, including the NOC, in Oil Investments Company. This freeze had been imposed based on the initial ruling, and the recent court decision marks a significant legal victory for the Libyan entities involved.
