Tripoli: National Oil Corporation (NOC) followed up yesterday on its plan to increase the production in 2024 and difficulties that affected implementing these targets. The corporation held a series of meetings, including the production increase follow-up committee NOC, headed by Khalifa Abdul Sadiq, a member of the corporation's board of directors for exploration and production affairs, the heads of the management committees of Mellitah, Arabian Gulf Oil, Waha Oil, Akakus Oil Operations, and Sirte Oil and Gas Production and Manufacturing, and the directors of the production, drilling, reserve development, finance, and small projects departments. The meetings discussed the most important drilling and maintenance activities of oil wells, in addition to projects related to increasing production, along with the difficulties that affected the implementation of these targets.
