Ras Ajdir: Law Enforcement Department personnel have uncovered new methods for smuggling goods through the Ras Ajdir land port. The department reported that these innovative smuggling techniques were detected yesterday, marking a significant development in their ongoing efforts to combat illegal activities at the border.
According to Libyan News Agency, the department revealed on its official page that smugglers have been employing a method where contraband is concealed within vehicle frames or tires. Additionally, designated spaces are prepared in advance within vehicles specifically for this purpose, making it challenging to identify such goods through standard inspection procedures.
The department has emphasized its commitment to maintaining law and order by pledging not to tolerate any violations. It is determined to persist in its efforts to combat all forms of smuggling, aiming to maintain security and stability, as well as to support the national economy.
