Tripoli,-The National Center for Disease Control (NCDC) announced 5 deaths from Corona virus during the past 24 hours, and after analyzing 2,859 samples, 333 cases were proved positive across the country.
The daily update of the local epidemiological situation of the new Corona virus on Wednesday, March 09, 2022, according to statement No. (660), stated that the National Center for Disease Control received (2,859) samples distributed among 16 scientific laboratories:
After examining the samples using Real Time PCR technology, the results were as follows:
(2,526) negative samples.
– 333 positive samples.
The percentage of positive cases (11.6%).
A number of critical cases 120.
The Health Communication and Information Committee of the National Center for Disease Control indicated that the number of cases that have recovered totaled 1,212 and a death record of 5 cases was recorded in the western region, while no deaths were recorded as a result of the virus in the eastern and southern regions.
