Tripoli, 27 December 27, 2022 (Lana) – The National Center for Disease Control (NCDC) marked, Tuesday, the International Day of Epidemic Preparedness, which was adopted by the United Nations on December 27 of each year.
NCDC distributed awareness leaflets emphasizing the importance of raising awareness in a bid to reduce the spread of epidemics, enhance the level of preparedness and early response, protecting communities from the spread of infectious diseases, and emphasizing the development of effective solutions to prevent epidemics risks.
