Tripoli: The Chairman of the National Oil Corporation (NOC), Masoud Suleiman, engaged in discussions with Ulrika Richardson, the Deputy Special Representative of the UN Secretary-General and Resident Coordinator, focusing on the vital role of the NOC in the Libyan economy.
