Tripolithe National Audit Bureau followed up the implementation of the highway (Amsaed – Ras Jedir) within the framework of the Audit Bureau’s follow-up of strategic projects.
The head of the Bureau, Khaled Shakshak, held a meeting with the Minister of Transportation and the head of the highway implementation agency (Amsaed – Ras Jedir) and the competent departments of the Bureau, during which the executive measures that were taken regarding the start of the project were followed up, as well as the difficulties and obstacles of the national road project to implement the route of the road. The most important of which is the acquisitions located on the track.
The Audit Bureau website stated that it has been decided to hold another expanded meeting for all parties related to the project (Urban Planning Authority – Man-Made River Authority – relevant municipalities) to take the necessary measures to ensure the start of implementing the project in a way that serves the future and development vision of the region and to ensure the achievement of local development and investment and urban expansion without causing damage to cities and villages..
The Highway Implementation Authority has also been assigned to prepare proposals for the route of the road in order to achieve the selection of the best route.
