Ministry of Oil Explores Collaboration with Saudi Aramco for Gas Projects

Tripoli: GNU Minister of Oil and Gas Khalifa Abdul-Sadiq discussed with Saudi Minister of Energy Prince Abdul-Aziz bin Salman ways to strengthen bilateral cooperation in gas projects and vocational training.

According to Libyan News Agency, the meeting, held on the sidelines of the 9th OPEC World Seminar, explored the possibility of leveraging Saudi Aramco’s expertise to support the Libyan Oil Ministry’s efforts to increase production and achieve optimal utilization of natural resources.

The discussions also included efforts to update the joint vocational training plan. The details of this plan will be announced soon, reflecting the commitment of both sides to building qualified national cadres.

Both ministers emphasized the importance of strengthening fraternal relations and opening new horizons for integration in the energy sector to serve the common interests of both countries.
