Tripoli: The Ministry of Interior of the Government of National Unity announced today that patrols from the Law Enforcement Department of the General Directorate of Security Operations successfully arrested several individuals involved in theft cases within the Abu Salim Municipality.
According to Libyan News Agency, the Ministry detailed in a post on its official Facebook page that the operation led to the recovery of several vehicles that had been previously reported stolen. It was noted that the necessary legal measures have been taken against the suspects, who have been referred to the competent authorities for further investigations and judicial proceedings.
The Ministry of Interior reiterated its unwavering commitment to fulfilling its security duties and pursuing those who violate the law, in order to preserve the security and safety of citizens and protect both public and private property.
