Tripoli: The Ministry of Education of the Government of National Unity has formalized a significant collaboration with Al-Madar Al-Jadeed Company through the signing of a memorandum of understanding. The agreement aims to launch a comprehensive package dedicated to teachers, enhancing their access to communication and internet services.
According to Libyan News Agency, the memorandum was signed by Dr. Khaled Hameir, Director of the Information and Documentation Center at the Ministry of Education, and Alaa Bassim, Director of the Commercial Department at Al-Madar Al-Jadeed Company. The signing ceremony was attended by key figures, including the Undersecretaries of the Ministry for Monitoring Affairs and various directors from the Office of Educational Inspection and Guidance, the General Center for Training and Education Development, and other educational departments.
The newly launched package offers teachers unlimited internet access between 6 a.m. and 2 p.m., 5 GB for use beyond this time frame, and 200 on-net minutes valid for one month. Additionally, teachers subscribing to this package will benefit from free calls within the package network. In celebration of Teacher’s Day and the return to school, special gifts will also be distributed to all teachers included in the package.
