Tripoli: The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Imran Al-Qayeb, met this morning with the Palestinian Ambassador to Libya to discuss the situation of Palestinian students studying at Libyan universities and ways to support them and overcome the difficulties they face. The meeting, held at the Ministry headquarters in Tripoli, addressed ways to enhance academic and scientific cooperation and discussed several issues of mutual interest in the fields of higher education and scientific research.
According to Libyan News Agency, the Minister of Higher Education affirmed Libya's unwavering support for the Palestinian cause and the Ministry's commitment to strengthening scientific and academic cooperation with Palestine in a way that serves the interests of both brotherly peoples. For his part, the Palestinian Ambassador expressed his appreciation for the support provided by the Libyan state and commended the efforts of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in facilitating the affairs of Palestinian students, reflecting the deep fraternal relations between the two countries.
