A military delegation held a meeting with military leaders in Diyala to discuss border security between Diyala and Sulaymaniyah.
A military source told the correspondent of the National Iraqi News Agency (NINA) that a military delegation held a series of meetings with military leaders at the Diyala operations headquarters to review the results of the military operation that is taking place within the sectors of Karmian, Grah Hills and Balkana.
He added that the operation will secure the borders of Diyala with Sulaymaniyah, in addition to securing the Balkana triangle within the triangle of Diyala, Salahuddin and Sulaymaniyah, indicating that the delegation will take several decisions about redeployment and perpetuating the momentum of incursion into the depths of the hills to end the threat of terrorist cells.
