Malta Sends 40000 Coronavirus Vaccines And Testing Gear To Libya.

Valetta, Maltese Health authorities will send 40000 Coronavirus vaccines to Libya in addition to unspecified number of testing gear.

The ‘Times of Malta’ which reported the news said the medical material will be shipped on a chartered plane, following similar donations were sent to Tunisia last week.

During his visit to Libya last April, the Prime Minister of Malta Robert Abila promised to assist the neighboring country return to normalcy.

The vow came in the shape of resuming direct flights between the two countries, re-opening of the Maltese Embassy in Tripoli and opening a consulate in Benghazi.
