Tripoli: The Chief of Staff of the Libyan Army, Lieutenant General Mohamed Al-Haddad, convened with officers of the 50th batch, known as the Al-Bunyan Al-Marsous Batch, who graduated from the Military College.
According to Libyan News Agency, during the meeting, Al-Haddad emphasized the pivotal role of the Libyan army as the nation’s impregnable fortress and a fundamental pillar for state-building that aligns with the aspirations of Libyans. He highlighted the importance of adhering to a pure national doctrine, devoid of conflicts and allegiances.
Al-Haddad urged the officers to safeguard the homeland and its citizens against various threats, including terrorism in all its manifestations. This call to duty was underscored in a statement released by the media office of the Chief of Staff on its official Facebook page.
The meeting was also attended by key military figures, including the Director of the Military Police Department, the Chief of Staff of the Air Force, the Chief of the Supply and Provisioning Authority, the Head of the Organization and Administration Authority, the Director of the Office of the Chief of the General Staff, and several other officers.
