Libya’s Ambassador to the UK discusses with representatives of the West London Chamber of Commerce efforts to stimulate investments

London -The Libyan Ambassador to the UK, Salah Merehel, discussed with representatives of the West London Chamber of Commerce ways to strengthen the trade cooperation between Libya and the UK, and the role of the commercial chambers and businessmen in stimulating investments and raising the level of trade exchange between the two countries.

During the meeting, which was attended by the Executive Director of the Chamber of Commerce – West London, Alan Rides, and the Director General of the Chamber, Mustafa Erdimi, the two parts stressed the need to continue visits between the businessmen in the two friendly countries, and enhance communication and cooperation between them.

It’s noteworthy that since last year, the Libyan Embassy in coordination with the GNU Ministry of Foreign Affairs, has put the activation of trade exchange between the two countries, as one of the most important goals it will work on, in the near and medium term.
