Benghazi: Discussions focused on strengthening cooperation between Libya and France during a meeting at the House of Representatives headquarters in Benghazi. Misbah Douma, Second Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, met today, Tuesday, with the French Ambassador to Libya, Thierry Vallat, and his accompanying delegation, at the House of Representatives headquarters in Benghazi.
According to Libyan News Agency, the meeting addressed ways to enhance bilateral cooperation between Libya and France, in addition to discussing a number of issues of common interest, particularly in the political sphere, and international support for efforts to achieve stability in Libya. The two sides also discussed the latest developments on the Libyan scene, within the framework of joint coordination and monitoring current developments.
