Iranian Foreign Ministry Offers Condolences on Death of Libyan Chief of Staff

Tehran: The Iranian Foreign Ministry has extended its condolences to Libya following the death of Libyan Chief of Staff, Lieutenant General Mohammed al-Haddad, and his companions in a plane crash near Ankara, Turkey.

According to Libyan News Agency, ministry spokesman Ismail Baghaei announced on Wednesday that the Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs offers its deepest condolences to the Libyan government and people, expressing sympathy over the incident.
