Intelligence Directorate arrests seven drug dealers in five governorates

Baghdad: The Intelligence and Security Directorate arrested 7 drug dealers in five governorates. The Directorate stated in a statement: "The detachments of the General Directorate of Intelligence and Security at the Ministry of Defense carried out separate security duties, during which they were able to arrest 7 people accused of drug trafficking and promotion in the governorates of (Baghdad, Babylon, Karbala, Najaf and Muthanna), with arrest warrants issued against them in accordance with the provisions of Article (28 Narcotics), and various narcotic substances were seized in their possession, which were confiscated and the accused were referred to the competent authorities in accordance with the law.
