A number of Palestinians suffered injuries tonight in yet a new price tag attack by extremist Israeli settlers in Masafer Yatta area, to the south of Hebron, according to local sources. Osama Makhamreh, a local Palestinian activist, told WAFA that a group of army-guarded Israeli settlers from the illegal Israeli settlement of Maon assaulted Palestinian shepherds and civilians in the village of Khirbet Tuba, in Masafer Yatta region, causing bruises to some of them. The Israeli attack also resulted in moderate damage to a house in the village. Makhamreh added that a local Palestinian resident, identified as Jabr Ibrahim Awad, was arrested by Israeli occupation soldiers in the aftermath of the settlers’ attack in the village.
