Algiers, Algerian President Abdul Madjeed Tebboune received a congratulatory cable from his American Counterpart Joe Biden on Algeria’s Independence Day, in which he stressed symbolism of independence for both countries, and his appreciation of efforts being made to boost stability efforts in the region, particularly in Libya and Sahel area, according to a statement by the Algerian Presidency on Thursday.
On his part, President Tebboune sent a cable of congratulation to his American Counterpart and the American people on US Independence, which falls on July 4, in which he highlighted the progress which US-Algerian relations has witnessed, stressing that Algeria looked to upgrading it to economic partnership.
