ICAA Facilitates Entry Procedures For Travelers To Baghdad Airport, Starting From Saturday

The Iraqi Civil Aviation Authority (ICAA) announced the facilitation of all procedures for the entry mechanism for travelers to Baghdad International Airport, starting next Saturday.

The head of the ICAA, Imad Abdel-Razzaq Al-Asadi, said in a statement: “Based on the directives of the Prime Minister, Muhammad Al-Sudani, the entry of travelers to Baghdad International Airport will be facilitated, starting from the date of April 29, after the concerned committee completes its work,” noting that: “The cars of travelers who have travel tickets on the date of the flight and for those departing only by arriving at the airport gates, checking the documents of the cars and its registration and driver’s license, except for the (yellow) cars.

He added, “The ICAA is committed to achieving the highest level of security with the supporting security services, which the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) urges, by subjecting everyone to examination and inspection procedures.”
