HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister congratulates the President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam

Manama, His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today sent a cable of congratulations to the President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, HE Tô LSm, on the occasion of the National Day of Vietnam.
