HRH Princess Sabeeka bit Ibrahim congratulated by HH Shaikha Zain bit Khalid

Her Royal Highness Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa, Consort of His Majesty the King and President of the Supreme Council for Women (SCW), received a cable of congratulations from Her Highness Shaikha Zain bint Khalid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, Chairperson of the Board of Trustees of the AlMabarrah AlKhalifia Foundation (MKF), on the 23rd anniversary of the establishment of the SCW.
